Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.

Due to high demand, estimated delivery is approximately:

Bear & Panda offers worldwide shipping where available.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, destination-country procedures, and other transportation disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact bearandpanda321@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
